The electric chaser from the Spanish construction equipment manufacturer Enar (Macroza) is a tool with the most powerful single-phase 2.4 kW motor among those used in this type of equipment on the market. Thanks to such a powerful engine, the M95 wall chaser can work in virtually any brick or cement block, where other machines can't.
This device is ideally suited for cutting straight and curved furrows in floors, partition walls, walls for embedding electrical, heating, telephone installations, etc.
The operating principle of the Enar M95 wall chaser is completely different from that of the standard two-disk chasers. In the M95 furrow, the furrow, for example, in brick is made by a mounted milling cutter, which rotates at a much slower speed than the discs in a standard furrow chaser, so that during operation no dust cloud is created, but only shredded material that calmly falls to the ground. Such action of the device makes the vacuum cleaner superfluous.
The M95 wall chaser can make furrows from 25 mm to 50 mm, and the appropriate width is selected using the proper cutter.
The performance of the wall chaser is large because it is 125m running in the perforated brick and 60 m in cement blocks. In turn, the service life of cutters up to 14 000 m running, which makes the device very efficient.
