The electric wall chaser Enar (manufacturer Macroza) is a tool with the most powerful single-phase motor of 2.4 kW among devices of this type on the market. Thanks to such a powerful motor, the M95 wall chaser can work practically in any brick or cement block, where other machines fail.
This device is perfect for cutting straight and curved grooves in floors, partition walls, and masonry for installing electrical, heating, telephone, and other systems.
The operating principle of the Enar M95 wall chaser is completely different from standard two-disc wall chasers. In the M95, the groove is cut by a mounted milling cutter that rotates at much lower speeds than the discs in a standard wall chaser, so no dust cloud is produced during operation — only crushed material that gently falls to the ground. This operation makes a vacuum cleaner unnecessary.
With the M95 wall chaser, grooves from 25 mm to 50 mm can be made, and the appropriate width is chosen using the corresponding milling cutter. The diameter of the milling cutter shaft is 16 mm.
The productivity of the wall chaser is high: 125 m linear in perforated bricks and 60 m in cement blocks. The cutter lifetime is up to 14,000 m linear, making the device very efficient.
