In order to register on the website, go directly to the login panel from the main page by selecting the padlock icon in the upper right corner of the page. Then click on the "Create an account", which takes you directly to the registration form. After correct completion of the necessary data marked with a red star as required fields, you will receive confirmation of registration to your e-mail address.

Filling in the registration form does not oblige to place orders in the online store isprzet.pl.

It's not mandatory to register on our site, but thanks to registration you get many benefits, including:  

• the possibility of using discount codes,
• the ability to track the order status,
• access to generated documents,
• full insight into the history of purchases,
• the ability to change data.

There is a possibility to place an order for goods available in the isprzet.pl assortment without prior registration of the account. You can also place an order via e-mail or by phone.

In a situation where the problem with logging in does not result from an incorrectly completed e-mail address, it is possible to remind the password. To do this, click "remind password" located under the field for login details, which allows you to send a password to the e-mail address provided during registration. If you do not remember your e-mail - please contact our Customer Service Office.

If you know exactly what you are looking for and the specific name or a manufacturer of the product, you can use the search engine located at the top of our website. Just enter the information in the white bar in the place "Enter what you are looking for", and then click on the magnifying glass. The additional facilitation are default prompts, which appear while entering the name of the product you are looking for.

You can also search for a product without typing its name. All you need to do is use the category tree and then use the appropriate filters on the left.

If you have searched for a product using a search engine or filters on our website and you have not found the product, we invite you to contact us and we will try to find the best solution and tailor the offer to your needs. Perhaps the lack of a product also results from the fact that it has not been introduced on our website yet, but it is available in our offer.

Every time we make every effort to ensure that the time of the order processing is as short as possible and the desired product is placed in the hands of the customer as soon as possible. The completion time depends not only on our inventory and expected deliveries but also on the inventory levels of distributors and manufacturers.

For most orders, shipment is completed within 24 hours from the moment of placing the order.

Deliveries to the customer are carried out by leading courier companies, such as DPD, DHL, UPS, K-EX. Shipments are prepared and sent by 3 p.m. every working day.

Each time after placing an order, a confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.

Yes, it is possible. You can make changes in the order, but only before you receive the order confirmation. To do this, just contact our Customer Service Office.

Yes, it is.  There is a special tab to inform on the promotion. There is also some information next to the product description. Additionally, it is possible to get additional discounts by contacting our Customer Service Office.

Yes, it is.  On Customer's request, we issue a VAT invoice for the ordered goods. If the Customer does not make such a request, a  receipt will be issued. The VAT invoice will be sent to the customer via e-mail, to the address provided when placing the order or on the customer's request by post.

Yes, it is. We also execute orders within the intra-Community supply of goods (ICS) or TAX FREE. In order to arrange the details of the order, please contact the Customer Service Office.

Payments for the ordered goods in the online store isprzet.pl can be made as:

• PRE-PAYMENT FOR A BANK ACCOUNT based on a pro-forma invoice sent to the Customer after placing the order
• ON-LINE PAYMENT via Tpay
• ON-LINE PAYMENT via PayPal
• PAYMENT by debit or credit card via TPay or on personal delivery
• CASH PAYMENT for personal collection and COD delivery
• PURCHASE ON INSTALLMENT via Santander Consumer Bank and Bank BNP Paribas
• LEASING via LeaseLink, Siemens Simply Lease and PKO Leasing

The delivery cost depends on the chosen method of payment and shipping as well as the weight and dimensions of the ordered product. In the case of orders over PLN 1500 (Poland) or over EUR 500 (other countries), the delivery cost is covered by the store. In special cases, shipping costs can be set individually. In addition, the store's website has a counter located in the upper right corner of the page, which after calculating the total cost of the order shows the amount missing for free delivery.

Yes, it is. Yet, there might be some additional shipping and transport costs.

Yes, it is. The collection takes place at the headquarters of our store at: Proszówki 611, 32-700 Bochnia, Poland. During the collection you can use the option of paying for the ordered goods in cash or by credit card.

According to art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, each customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of its conclusion. The return is accepted only when the product has not been used, is not damaged and it has the original packaging.

The amount of the equivalent of the product is returned, while the costs related to the delivery and return of the goods are not refundable.

The returned product must be securely packed, contain an invoice and a completed declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The printout of withdrawal from the contract is available for download in the DOCUMENTS tab at the bottom of the page.
