Gas compression can be done in one or two stages - depending on what compressor you have. In the first process, one piston is responsible for suction, in the other - two pistons, placed in separate cylinders - where the substance is first in one cylinder and then goes to the other. Finally, compressed air is collected in a secured, sealed tank. Thanks to the use of two-stage compression and the particular design, much higher pressure in the tank can be obtained. The systems are driven by an electric motor (in most cases), less often by an internal combustion engine. Safety systems help to control the right work of the device.
