Personal data and privacy policy.
- The administrator of the personal data is TEAMTOOLS sp. z o.o. (Limited Liability Company) with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała, Gen. Mieczysława Boruty-Spiechowicza 68 street, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland entered into the companies register of the National Court Register under the KRS number : 0001011053, holding the tax identification number (NIP) PL9372748981, and statistical number REGON: 524048403.

- The store uses technical and organisational measures to protect Users' privacy.
- The store provides protection of personal data , which is appropriate for threats and categories of data. In particular, the Store protects the data against the unauthorized access, theft, unauthorized processing, damage or destruction.
- The store provides control over which personal data are processed and to whom they can be transferred and keeps records of persons authorized to process data.
- The User, registering on the Store's website or placing an order, has a separate explicit consent to the processing of personal data. In other cases, the processing of personal data by the Store is acceptable, if it is required by the exercise of rights or fulfillment of obligations under the contract or fulfillment of legally justified purposes carried out by the Store.
- The data provided by the User is used for the following purposes:
- proper performance by the Store of obligations resulting from the concluded contracts (completing orders),
- proper performance of other necessary activities under the contract (accounting, contact with customers).
- fulfilling legally justified purposes, i.e. pursuing claims for business activity
- The Administrator is entitled to disclose personal data only to entities authorized under the applicable law, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.
- Personal data and information contained in the form will be used by the Administrator to enter into, change, terminate the contract with the customer and ensure the highest quality of services provided. For this purpose, the Administrator processes the following data: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, tax identification number.
- Providing the data is voluntary. The customer has the right to modify, remove processing restrictions, object to processing and data transfer.
- The data will be used for the purpose of concluding a contract, complaint, termination of the contract, for the period of using the Store by the Customer. The archiving of data takes 5 years from the first order taking into account the above-mentioned the right to be forgotten, i.e. deleting data. The customer requests a deletion by sending an email. The administrator immediately deletes data from the database.
- On the user's request, the store provides information about his/her rights. This information may be provided in writing.
- Users' personal data may be made available to third parties with their consent, only if it is justified by the nature of the service, and the aim is to properly perform the tasks by the Store.
- Electronic communication between the User's equipment and the Store when collecting personal data is encrypted (SSL). The databases are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
- The User has the right to make a complaint with the supervisory authority of the UODO Personal Data Protection Office (from 25th May 2018, GIODO), Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
