The Nivel System NL510 Digital rotary laser is a versatile and multifunctional tool for performing indoor works with a bright red laser beam, as well as for working in open spaces. The instrument ensures high accuracy of measurements, can be used on long sections of works (range 600 m), and the speed of work, including levelling and reacting to terrain vibrations - allows it to be used for road works, including machine control. The level determines a horizontal, tilted (digital tilt), vertical (after turning it 90°) plane - all managed from the deck of the control panel with an LCD, and also thanks to the plummet determine the vertical or right angles. NL510 Digital is offered with a sensor on which height differences are displayed digitally - which significantly facilitates and speeds up measurements. The equipment is user-friendly thanks to the intuitive interface. It is easy to set up and move (handy handles) and allows remote control using an LCD remote control.

• Easy and quick measurements – the NL510 Digital level has the function of self-levelling, after switching on the equipment will level itself and is immediately ready for work. The generated green laser beam is very well visible (even in bright, sunny rooms), displayed on the wall creates a reference line for horizontal or vertical works. When working with the sensor and the laser staff, we obtain an accurate levelling set. One person makes measurements. Digital height difference indications on display (RD500 Digital) significantly shorten the levelling process. The scanning function allows narrowing the displayed beam in a given range; in this way, we obtain a reference laser line only where we carry out work.
• Universal use – the equipment enables work with both horizontal and vertical bundles. The plane can be tilted in one or two directions (digitally, using the control panel), so that the laser can be used in such works as pouring floors, levelling and surface preparation for paving stones, playground, or road - providing water drainage by designed slopes. During the construction works, a laser plummet becomes useful, which is the axis of a rotationally generated laser plane. This functionality ensures accurate laser fitting in perpendicular works or when transferring points (the plummet is displayed up and down simultaneously). For work outside and at higher ranges, a laser sensor is used to provide signal reception in the 600 m range (working diameter). Different rotation speeds of the head ensure the use of the laser both for installation works inside the building and machine control, where higher speeds (600 rpm) are required.
• Accurate and reliable equipment – the level is built based on an electronic compensator, eliminating vibrations and ensuring precise levelling of the laser plane. The electronic compensator, compared to the magnetic one, is much more accurate, especially in the case of construction measurements where the terrain may vibrate due to heavy equipment. Therefore, thanks to NL510 Digital, we obtain reliable and accurate measurements. The equipment is resistant to dust and water, confirmed by class IP56. Also, the rotary head is protected by a glass body, and the laser housing has rubber shields to protect against damage due to impact.
• Ease of use – NL510 Digital has an intuitive control panel with an LCD. Function management, including the introduction of inheritances, is done digitally. The laser functions can be controlled both from the instrument's deck and via a remote control with an LCD (laser parameters are displayed on the remote control). The laser can be powered by batteries, rechargeable batteries and directly from the network. The whole is complemented by a compact housing with handy handles - thanks to which the laser is easy to install on-site and during transport.
